But first a little pit-stop at Starbucks… local reader April interviewed me for a college project and I got there a little early to get some work done. Lately I’ve been maxing out at 1 iced coffee a day. It just hasn’t been appealing to me for some reason? I think I’m ready for hot tea season!
I tried to keep it clean because she was recording me, but I’m not sure how that went. hopefully she gets an “A+++” even though I’m very random (as were my answers).
Today I have a great at home workout to do if you need a break from running but still want a sweat session. Over the last few months I’ve been working with Propel on helping spread the word on fun workouts and challenges.

This month Propel challenged me to share an easy at home workout that you can finish with something around the house OR no equipment. I put together an easy to follow, but challenging body weight session.
I just use my phone and set it for one minute intervals and go through these moves. and play music to make it fun and fly by!
